The Horgin are a space-faring Gamma Quadrant species.

In 2376, the Horgin pursued the starship My'lta, whose crew who had stolen a Horgin Thas. The Horgin authorities arrested the crew on Hw17 and booby trapped other cargo that they could not salvage. A Horgin booby trap was responsible for the death of Arislelemakinstess when the Even Odds crew tried to retrieve the cargo. (DS9 novel: Rising Son)
