The House of Mi'Qogh was a Klingon noble house that existed in late 24th century. Its head was General Mi'Qogh and Jureth was slated to become the heir to the House until he turned rogue. However, the player (as the younger sibling of Jureth) inherited the House after Jureth's death and Mi'Qogh's retirement from the Klingon High Council, thus ending the Klingon campaign of the game.
One of the major economic assets of the House was the Krolom-792 asteroid mining base. (TNG video game: Starfleet Command III)
