Humal elFizda (a.k.a. "Fizzy") was a 23rd century Payav woman who served as the Mestiko customs liaison on board Indalo Station, responsible for controlling the flow of imports to the planet.
Biography[]
Circa the year 2272, it was discovered that she had become corrupted and was willing to accept bribes to allow contraband, including Klingon weaponry, into Mestiko. Soon after this information was uncovered, she was killed by an "accidental" starship engine malfunction. (TOS eBook: Shadows of the Indignant)
