Hutchinson was a 22nd century Human, a career officer in the Earth Starfleet.
Biography[]
By the 2150s decade, Hutchinson had achieved the rank of captain and was the commanding officer of Starbase 1.
In the year 2155, Hutchinson was in command of Starbase 1 when the Romulans attacked. Lieutenant Richard Stiles attempted to inform Hutchinson of the attack, but was killed in the process. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
