The Hyades Cluster was a region of space, a star cluster located in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

This cluster contains at least 39 stars and one planet, the homeworld of the Grokhoor civilization.
In 2273, the starship USS St. Louis began charting the cluster, but Grokhoor took control of the crew and forced the ship to crash on Grokh. The USS Enterprise visited the cluster in response to the lost ship's distress signal. (Phase II episode: "Are Unheard Melodies Sweet?")
The Hyades Cluster is 153 light years from Earth, where it is visible in the Taurus constellation. It includes the star Gamma Tauri.
