The IKS Ditagh was a Qang-class Klingon heavy cruiser starship in Imperial Defense Force service in the 24th century, named for the late chancellor, Ditagh.

The Ditagh was active in the 2370s, just after the end of the Dominion War. (GKN novel: Enemy Territory)

In 2379, Ditagh was commanded by Captain Vikagh. As the closest vessel of its class when Emperor Kahless returned to Qo'noS, the Ditagh was given instructions to travel alongside the USS Enterprise-E and take the Emperor anywhere that he wished to go to begin his "retirement."

The trip was delayed slightly and the Ditagh ended up traveling with the USS Cerberus to bring Kahless to Cygnet IV. (TNG novel: A Time for War, A Time for Peace)

In 2380, the Ditagh was dispatched to Federation Outpost 22, ordered to take charge of a ship full of Reman refugees claiming to seek political asylum in the Federation. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
