The IKS Kor was a Klingon starship, a Kurak-class battlecruiser in Klingon Defense Force service in the 2410s decade. Its commanding officer was Rodek, son of Noggra. (STO - New Frontiers mission: "Of Signs and Portents")

History[]

The Kurak-class first entered service in 2410. (STO - The Iconian War mission: "First City") The Kurak-class Kor shared its name with the IKS Kor, a new class of bird of prey launched around the same time. (STO - New Dawn mission: "First City")

Following the onset of the genocidal Tzenkethi Crusade, General Rodek, son of Noggra was chosen to be the Alpha Quadrant Alliance liaison to the Lukari Concordium, due to his experience with the Tzenkethi, when the Lukari began investigating the Tzenkethi Coalition's use of protomater-based weapons. (STO - New Frontiers mission: "Of Signs and Portents")

The Kor was the flagship in another operation to curtail the Tzenkethi war effort in the Gon'cra system. (STO - Reckoning mission: "Tzenkethi Battlezone")

Rodek led the Kor on a mission to recover former Chancellor Martok from Son'a and House of Torg captivity in the Briar Patch. (STO - New Frontiers mission: "Brushfire")

The Kor participated in the defense of Bajor, initially from Admiral Tzen-Tarrak and his fleet, and subsequently from the Hur'q. (STO - New Frontiers mission: "Scylla and Charybdis")
