The IKS Mek'leth was a Klingon Alliance starship.
In 2371, the Mek'leth was one of several Klingon, Cardassian and Bajoran Alliance vessels that engaged the Borg in battle at Rura Penthe and were damaged and left derelict. It was able to damage a Borg diamond vessel before the Borg cut the vessel to pieces. (TNG - Mirror Universe novella: The Worst of Both Worlds)
