The IKS Somraw (IKS-173, alternately spelled SamraH) was a Raptor-class Klingon scout starship in Imperial service in the 22nd century. (WizKids module: Tactics)

History[]

The Somraw became trapped in the atmosphere of a gas giant planet in 2151, after the crew was poisoned by a toxic Xarantine ale. The Somraw was rescued by the Earth vessel Enterprise, which discovered it in said gas giant, and, after nearly being crushed, and falling apart under the strain, she was brought online by the Enterprise crew. Once online, the Somraw armed weapons on the Enterprise, but after a threat, the Somraw veered off. The Somraw left the area. (Decipher RPG module: Starships; ENT episode: "Sleeping Dogs")

The spelling Somraw originates from the canon episode, and SamraH is derived from the Decipher role playing game. Somraw is a Klingonese word for "muscle".
