The IKS Vo'qha was a Klingon and then Romulan starship in service during the 2260s.
In 2267, the Vo'qha had a cloaking device installed on it by the Romulans and was then taken on a mission to destroy a Federation outpost on Theta Cobrini V. However, the outpost was already destroyed when the Romulans arrived and then several Klingon warships decloaked and fired upon the Vo'qha and her companion, the IKS Kretoq, destroying the Vo'qha.
