For other uses, see Mandukar.

The IRW Mandukar was a 25th century Romulan Star Empire starship, the tier 6-rated Mandukar-class adapted destroyer prototype in Tal Shiar service in the 2410s decade. (STO website: Agents of Yesterday: Tal Shiar Lockbox Stats!)

Service history and disposition[]

Enhanced shrapnel torpedoes fired by the Mandukar.

The IRW Mandukar was the lead ship of its class, a variant of the tier 5-rated Llaihr-class from the 2400s decade. (STO - From the Ashes mission: "Explore the Flotilla")

Both vessels were based on the Dhelan-class warbird's architecture. (STO website: Agents of Yesterday: Tal Shiar Lockbox!)

The Mandukar was a fearsome warship. It was a fusion of Romulan and Borg technology. The Mandukar was equipped with nanotech fabricators that enabled the deployment of enhanced shrapnel torpedoes in combat. Part of the ship's arsenal, which was standard for its class, was an enhanced shrapnel torpedo launcher. These warheads fractured into smaller, self-propelled projectiles after firing. The Mandukar included a starship trait, the synergistic tactical systems, which boosted particle generator and control expertise. (STO website: Agents of Yesterday: Tal Shiar Lockbox Stats!)

Flag officers of the Khitomer Alliance could deploy the Mandukar alongside other spacecraft for assignments across the galaxy's quadrants as part of Operation: Delta Rising's four-quadrant strategy in 2410. (STO - New Dawn mission: "Admiralty System")

From 2411 onwards, the Mandukar represented its class on the shipyards interfaces operated by New Romulus Shipyards, Klingon Defense Force Order of Builders and Starfleet Shipyards Operations at Alliance facilities across the Milky Way Galaxy. (STO - Both Worlds missions: "Explore the Flotilla", "First City", "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
