In the mirror universe, the ISS Excelsior (NC-2015-I) was a Terran Empire starship, an Excelsior-class cruiser in Imperial Starfleet service in the early 25th century. (STO - New Dawn mission: "Deep Space Encounter: The Other Side")

Specifications[]

The ship bore the red markings and NC registry of the resurgent Terran Empire. Its registry number was differed to the ship's primary universe counterpart, the USS Excelsior, and indicated it was the tenth ship to bear it. (STO - New Dawn mission: "Deep Space Encounter: The Other Side")

Service history[]

In 2409, the Excelsior-I was part of Captain Leeta's flotilla, led by ISS Fortuna, waiting in the Badlands to prevent an Allied starship from returning the Orb of Possibilities to Vedek Krin on Bajor. The Allies forced Leeta and her fleet into retreat, and exchanged the orb successfully. (STO - Cardassian Struggle mission: "Jabberwocky")

From that year onwards and into 2410, the Excelsior-I was among Admiral Leeta's fleets during invasions of the primary universe. This included deep-space encounters in the Beta Quadrant, where the Terran engaged Starfleet and its allies. (STO - New Dawn mission: "Deep Space Encounter: The Other Side")
