The Lexington was a Yorktown-class cruiser refited to tier 6 Terran dreadnought standards. The Yorktown class itself was a subclass variant of the 24th century[1] Odyssey-class star cruiser.
Imperial Starfleet built the Lexington to be a menacing dreadnought, designed to operate as a flagship. It was equipped with a massive heavy weapons pod, reminiscent of the Sutherland-class science vessel's, and an agony phaser lance.
Its primary universe counterpart was the USS Lexington, which belonged to Federation Starfleet's Lexington class. The Federation acquired the livery of the Terran Lexington.

At some point, the Lexington was part of a task force, including the ISS Adamant, ISS Cygnus, ISS Earhart and ISS Trailblazer, emerging from a Terran rift. (STO website: Shadow's Advance: The 12th Anniversary Terran Bundle!)
