A friendly reminder regarding spoilers! At present the expanded Trek universe is in a period of major upheaval with the continuations of Discovery and Prodigy, the advent of new eras in gaming with the Star Trek Adventures RPG, Star Trek: Infinite and Star Trek Online, as well as other post-57th Anniversary publications such as the ongoing IDW Star Trek comic and spin-off Star Trek: Defiant. In the mirror universe, the ISS Odyssey (NCC-71701-B) was a 25th century Terran Empire starship, an Odyssey-class dreadnought cruiser in Imperial Starfleet service in the 2400s decade. (STO - Cardassian Struggle mission: "Defend the Beta Ursae Sector Block")

Service history and disposition[]

In one permutation of the mirror universe, Captain James O'Brien wrested control of the resurgent Terran Empire from his father Smiley. (STO - Cardassian Struggle mission: "Crack in the Mirror")

In the year 2409, O'Brien organized an invasion of the Alpha Quadrant in the primary universe. The ISS Odyssey-B was one of the ships harassing Federation and civilian supply lines in the sectors of the Beta Ursae sector block. (STO - Cardassian Struggle mission: "Defend the Beta Ursae Sector Block")

The Odyssey-B was also one of the ships defending O'Brien's base in the Arawath system when Starfleet and the Klingon Defense Force arrived to recover the Bajoran Orb of Possibilities. The Terrans were defeated in the engagement. (STO - Cardassian Struggle mission: "The Other Side")

In the years 2409-2410, the Odyssey was part of the Imperial fleets attacking Romulan Republic starbase Vauthil Station. A combined task force consisting of Starfleet, KDF and Romulan Republic Navy defended Vauthil Station against the invasion fleet, closed rifts and activated relays to power up the station's defenses. The Allies were directed by Obisek. The invasion fleet was pushed back into the mirror universe by an anti-tachyon pulse from Vauthil Station. Odyssey acted as one of the Imperial flagships leading assaults on the space station. (STO - Call to Arms mission: "Mirror Invasion")

This vessel was the counterpart of the USS Odyssey. (STO - Klingon War mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
