Ibix was a sushi restaurant on the Plaza of Deep Space 9. It featured Xindi-Aquatic chefs who prepared food within large tanks, with the customers able to view the preparation of meals from the dining area through transparent aluminum. The prepared food was then transported to the customers sitting outside the tank.
