The Icarus II was a type-6 shuttlecraft assigned to the Federation starship USS Dauntless in the 2370s decade. In the year 2378, it got destroyed with Captain Robert Wright aboard when the Vesuvi system star exploded. (TNG video game: Bridge Commander)
