The Icorians were a humanoid native to the Alpha or Beta Quadrant. They were distinguished by their dusky skin, colored in shades of purple and gray.

As of 2376, a male Icorian named Tegor served in Starfleet as chief engineer of Starbase Deep Space 10. (CoE eBook: Troubleshooting)

The Icorians may be from Icor IX, a planet first mentioned in TNG episode: "Captain's Holiday", though this is not explicitly established.
