Ilka was a Ferengi woman who lived in the 24th century. In the 2380s, Ilka was an ambassador of the Ferengi Alliance. Ilka's husband was a supporter of the advancement of female Ferengi and they had four children together.
In 2383, Ambassador Ilka was assigned to represent the Ferengi on Venette, becoming the first female Ferengi to be appointed as the head of a diplomatic mission. Ilka and Beverly Crusher became friends during the negotiations. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Brinkmanship)
