The Imperial Corps of Engineers was a division within the Romulan Star Empire.
Situated within the Romulan Star Navy and based within the Occupation Command of Star Command. This subdivision consisted of highly trained naval Romulan architects as well as structural engineers. Due to their limited numbers, they often held in high demand with it often being monopolized by Star Command and the various command fleets who made use of them to design as well as build new vessels. This, however, did help the Star Command in maintaining centralized control of the construction of new ships far from the Imperial core.
