In 2270, at Starbase 10 in 2270, Captain James T. Kirk suffered from brain trauma and moved restlessly while sleeping on a biobed. After studying his neurological readings, Denobulan Dr. Lexit requested four ccs of improvoline, and Nurse Fenster attached an ampoule to a hypospray from a medical pouch.
