Indri VIII

Indri VIII was a class L planet, the eighth planet of the Indri system, located in the galaxy's Beta Quadrant.

History and specifics[]

Indri VIII was covered by deciduous plant life and possessed no animal life.

In the year 2369, the IKS Maht-H'a collected a DNA sample from Indri VIII, then destroyed the planet's lower atmosphere with a plasma reaction. The USS Enterprise-D arrived in time to witness the destruction of all life on the planet. (TNG episode: "The Chase")
