Inoduku was a 23rd century Sanoora man. He served as the leading councilor of the Sanoora Supreme Council on the adopted Sanoora host planet.

History[]

In 2266, Inoduku commanded the Sanoora world ship that returned to Nraka and attempted to oust the current inhabitants, reclaiming the homeworld of the Sanoora. Inoduku's appearance shocked the Nrakans — with his helmet on, he strongly resembled Zotar, founder of Nrakan civilization. The USS Enterprise was present during the incursion, and when Inoduku fired on the starship, James T. Kirk was forced to help repel the world ship. (TOS comic: "The Evictors")

Inoduku decided it was better to reclaim a new planet. While contending with a large minority of Sanoora Returners who wanted to conquer Nraka at any cost, the majority sided with Inoduku. By 2268, the refugees had settled on a new host planet.

In 2268, the USS Enterprise investigated the planet, unaware of the settlement. Inoduku greeted Kirk and Lieutenant Jinz, but the presence of the landing party spurred Returner leader Bir to launch an armed rebellion and arrest Inoduku.

After the coup failed, the Enterprise provided trees and supplies to decontaminate the surface so that Sanoora no longer required anti-radiation treatments. Inoduku invited Kirk to return for the planting of their millionth tree. (TOS comic: "Planet of No Life")
