Intrusion is the first Klingon-centric roleplay module. A short scenario included in the first edition of The Klingons boxed set, it featured Klingon officers attempting to recapture or kill escaped Romulan prisoners aboard a D7-class battlecruiser. It was released by FASA in 1983.

Description[]

The action of the adventure may take place before the Romulan/Klingon treaties were established, or the D7 in question may be a "privateer" ship engaged in obtaining advantages and "prizes" for the Empire without official Imperial sanction.

Summary[]

While patrolling near the Klingon-Romulan border, a Klingon battlecruiser discovers and orbits a previously uncharted planet. The crew scans five Romulans on the surface, seemingly unprotected as no other ships are in the area. The Klingons choose to capture the landing party and lock them in the brig.

But the Romulans are actually elite centurions, well-trained and effective warriors. Quietly they kill two guards, slip into the security office, and arm themselves with disruptor rifles. Centurion Commander Delu formulates a plan for them to split up and sabotage as much of the vessel as possible. Before long, internal surveillance systems detect Arvlu and Ritos damaging turbolift operations, and the alarm is sounded.
