Iota Trianguli was a quadrinary star system made up of two binary star pairs. It was located within the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant in the Trianguli sector and was visible from Earth in the Triangulum constellation.

History and specifics[]

Six planets and five moons orbited the system. Only one of its worlds was inhabited, second planet Orna.

Prior to the 2270s decade, Iota Trianguli had been charted by the Federation. In the year 2285, it was incorporated into a new version of the Kobayashi Maru scenario. (TOS video game: The Kobayashi Alternative)
