This character is a member of Quark's family native to the mirror universe.
For the primary universe counterpart, see Ishka.

In the mirror universe, Ishka was a wealthy Ferengi female who lived during the 24th century. She was a successful businesswoman who preferred not to wear any clothes while at home.

She was an associate of the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance in spite of the fact that her sons, Quark and Rom, had both been executed by the Alliance. (VOY - Mirror Universe short story: "Bitter Fruit"; DS9 episodes: "Crossover", "Through the Looking Glass")

In late 2371, she resided in a tunnel complex in an underground city on Archanis. At that time, she offered sanctuary to B'Elanna, the former Supervisor of Ardana, and the Cardassian scientist Crell Moset. She owned several Terran slaves, whom B'Elanna enjoyed torturing prior to the emergence of her telepathic abilities. (VOY - Mirror Universe short story: "Bitter Fruit")

In 2372, her grandson Nog was murdered by Kira Nerys, the former Intendant of Bajor, who had previously ordered the deaths of her two sons. (DS9 episode: "Shattered Mirror")
