In 2365, Simon Tarses was assigned to the medical facility on Ivor Prime, and worked under the direction of Doctor Lu Chen Chow. (ST video game: Starship Creator)
In 2373, the colony was destroyed by a Borg cube as it traveled on a direct course for Earth. (TNG movie: Star Trek: First Contact)
By early 2381, the colony on Ivor Prime had been re-established. That year, following the Borg Invasion of the Federation, Ivor Prime picked up a radio communication from an unidentified Andorian vessel, later determined to be a refugee ship named Shratha's Pride. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
In the late 26th century, Ivor Prime was considered as a place to temporarily house Kelvan refugees from the Andromeda Galaxy. (TOS - Strange New Worlds 9 short story: "Gone Native")
