Biography[]
On stardate 7662.4 (reference stardate 2/1104), Admiral Kilgore was assigned at Starbase 11, and sent orders for the Federation starship USS Enterprise to investigate the disappearance of the USS Hood which had been assigned to investigate the weapons potential of an occurrence of interphase phenomenon.
