For the primary universe counterpart, see J. Mia Colt.

In the mirror universe, J. Mia Colt was a Terran female in the service of the Imperial Starfleet of the Terran Empire during the mid 23rd century. During the 2250s and 2260s, she served aboard the ISS Enterprise.

During her service aboard the Enterprise, the Talosians captured Captain Christopher Pike. They had used a distress call to lure the Enterprise to the planet with the intention of having Pike mate with Vina so as to create a race of Terran slaves. However, Pike rejected Vina, refusing to mate with an "insipid human female."

In response, both Colt and the first officer Number One were captured and offered to Pike as potential mates. Due to her "silly infatuation with Pike," she was willing to give her life for Pike rather than betray him, hoping that she would become the captain's woman. She was still serving aboard the Enterprise in 2264. (TOS - Mirror Universe short story: "The Greater Good")
