Jabak was a Romulan man.
In 2373, Sublieutenant Jabak was assigned to Centurion Seylok's crew on the Bokra. Seylok's mission, as assigned to him by Tomalak, was to take the Bokra into the Badlands to find the artificial quantum singularity that had been released there a century earlier. Jabak was an expert and was pivotal to the mission, which was intended to both collapse the Bajoran wormhole and target the planet of the Dominion's Founders. (DS9 novel: The Badlands, Part IV)
