Jack Winslow was a member of Starfleet in the 2370s. Jack was married to Shana Winslow.
In 2373, Jack and his wife were serving aboard the USS Budapest when the starship fought against the Borg during the Battle of Sector 001. Jack was killed in the battle. (TNG - The Dominion War novels: Behind Enemy Lines, Tunnel Through the Stars)
