Jae Yi was a Human male serving in Starfleet in the 24th century.
Jae was captain of the USS Khitomer until 2378 when he was transferred to the USS Dauntless, only to command the Khitomer again following the destruction of the Dauntless by rogue Cardassian forces. (ST video game: Bridge Commander)
