Jal Par
Jal Par was a Romulan officer within the Tal Shiar organization in the 24th century. He assigned Sela on a mission to obtain the Omega molecule for use by the Romulan Star Empire. Jal Par was later assimilated by the Borg, and his assimilation revealed the location of the particle, allowing the Borg to seize it. (ST video game: Armada)
