Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Jalira Tren was a Frunalian ambassador in the late 23rd century. By the 2290s, Tren had already undergone "the Shift".

In 2293, Tren was involved in negotiations for rubindium mining rights with Ambassadors Spock and Alexandra Tremontaine, who represented the Federation's Bureau of Interplanetary Affairs. While Spock and Tren had initially made great progress in their negotiations, Tremontaine arrived and announced that the Federation were ready to withdraw from the talks. This led Tren to make more concessions, and the mining agreement was signed. (TOS - Crucible novel: The Fire and the Rose)
