Andreas Nikolas was fond of Joseph Sisko's jambalaya when he visited Sisko's Creole Kitchen in the year 2333. (STA novel: Maker)

Joseph Sisko believed his daughter Judith Sisko did not add enough cayenne pepper when she cooked jambalaya. Judith believed he added too much. (DS9 episode: "Homefront", DS9 - Mission Gamma novel: Lesser Evil)

In 2373, when Kasidy Yates returned to Deep Space 9, she and Jake Sisko cooked jambalaya for themselves and Benjamin Sisko. (DS9 episode: "Rapture")
