James Turner was Human man serving in Starfleet in the 24th century.
Biography[]
Captain Turner commanded the Federation starship USS Whisperwood in the early 2350s, and later moved on to command the USS Lexington by the latter half of that decade. As Whisperwood captain, he heard of the predicament of political prisoner Ensign Eric Stiles, and four years later on the Lexington, Turner had the honor of presiding over Stiles's return to the Federation.
