Jamie Cruz was a Alpha Centauran male serving in Starfleet in the 24th century.
Chief Warrant Officer Cruz is a 38 year veteran of Starfleet Intelligence. In 2374, he was teaching an advanced course in communication analysis at Starfleet Academy when he was diverted to Starbase 375 to work on Project Mungin. He was place in command of the cryptography portion of the mission. Cruz had the bad habit of working on breaking a code to the point of exhaustion.
