Jane vander Todd was a 23rd century Human woman who served in Starfleet as a station chief for Starfleet Intelligence at Starbase 10. She maintained a cover identity as Harriet del Rey, a vice president at Phoenix Enterprises.

Biography

Vander Todd was born around the turn of the 2250s decade. She took introductory lessons to play the guitar.

She attended Starfleet Academy, gaining professional levels of expertise in administration, leadership, clandestine operations, and intelligence procedures. She learned to speak Gideonese, the Orion language, and Klingonaase, and began studying the Edoan language. She became qualified in computer operation, interrogation, unarmed combat, physics, Federation law, history, surveillance, zero gravity operations, commerce, and security procedures.

She graduated following a successful cadet training cruise. At some point she joined Starfleet Intelligence. She served for two years in Starfleet's administration division, then at Starbase 10 for three years. She taught a Clandestine Operations class at the Academy for a year, then returned to administration for four years.

In the mid-2280s, she was promoted to SI Triangle sector intelligence's station chief at Starbase 10, serving for two years as a chief and case officer with a security clearance rating of 6. During this time Vander Todd took on a cover identity as Harriet del Rey. Del Rey was head of accounting and vice president of the well-known shipping firm Phoenix Enterprises. Vander Todd would report to Commander Gwendolyn Marcus, Chief of Cover Operations for Triangle sector intelligence, who also had a cover identity as a VP at Phoenix Enterprises. (FASA RPG module: The Triangle Campaign)
