Biography[]

By the 2280s, Levine had risen to the rank of colonel before retiring.

In 2289, she wrote an article for Spacelanes magazine about pitfalls to independent merchants for opening trade between the Federation and Romulan Star Empire. (FASA RPG module: Spacelanes: The Magazine of Interstellar Trade)
