Janna Demitrijian was a Human female serving in Starfleet in the late 24th century.

In the year 2376, Captain Demitrijian was the commanding officer of the USS Sugihara. (SCE eBook: Fatal Error)

The son of Captain Demitrijian lived with a Sinnravian girlfriend on Canopus Planet in early 2376. (SCE - Miracle Workers eBook: Cold Fusion)

In 2379, the Sugihara transported Ambassador Worf back to Qo'noS following a meeting with the Federation Council. En route, Captain Demitrijian spoke with the Ambassador about the upcoming presidential elections and the future of the Federation-Klingon alliance. She angered Worf by calling him a "politician," unaware that he had previously served in Starfleet. (TNG - A Time to... novel: A Time for War, A Time for Peace)

Demitrijian remained in command of the Sugihara into 2381, when they were assigned to recovery work on Ardana in the aftermath of the Borg Invasion of that year. Following an earthquake on the planet, Demitrijian had to report the deaths of four crewmembers, including Chief Rupi Yee, wife of Professor Sonek Pran. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
