Jacques Chirac (29 November 193226 September 2019) was a Human man, a French politician who lived during the 20th and 21st centuries on the planet Earth.

Biography[]

He served as the 22nd President of France from 1995 to 2007.

On the Isle of Arran on February 7, 1995, Roberta Lincoln reminded Gary Seven that Chirac had received a great deal of criticism for resuming nuclear weapon testing in the South Pacific. (TOS - The Eugenics Wars novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 2)
