Jason was a 20th century Human.
In 1986, he was working as a waiter at North Bay Pizza when Gillian Taylor and James T. Kirk came to it. He was their waiter and was extremely perplexed by the actions of Kirk after hearing him talk about the 23rd century. Later, Jason was interviewed by Detective Chizum as he investigated Taylor's disappearance.
