Jenli is a Verillian beverage.
Joanna McCoy became fond of jenli when she lived and worked in Pentabo on Verillia. McCoy found it similar to coffee, but also that it had a flavor of bittersweet chocolate and that it the same stimulating effects for both Verillians and Humans. (TOS - Crucible novel: Provenance of Shadows)
