Jenny Delaney was a human Starfleet officer who was assigned to the stellar cartography department aboard the USS Voyager in the 2370s.

Shortly after Voyager was pulled into the Delta Quadrant, Lieutenant Tom Paris attempted to fix a date between Jenny and Ensign Harry Kim, so that he could date Jenny's twin sister, Megan. When they finally went on a date in the holodeck their was a spark between Jenny and Harry, but the date abruptly ended when Harry fell out of a gondola. (VOY episodes: "Time and Again", "Prime Factors")

In mid-2375, Jenny and Megan decided to join Tom Paris and Harry Kim in a holodeck program of Captain Proton, with Jenny playing Malicia, one of the Twin Mistresses of Evil. (VOY episode: "Thirty Days")

Jenny had left Voyager sometime after its return home in 2378. In early-2382, Jenny offered to serve as a character witness in the civil case between Tom Paris and his mother, Julia Paris, supporting Tom and B'Elanna as fit parents to their daughter, Miral. (VOY novel: Acts of Contrition)

Alternate universes[]

In one alternate universe, Delaney was killed during an attack on Voyager by Species 8472, devastating her sister. (VOY - Myriad Universes - Infinity's Prism novella: Places of Exile)
