Jiber Kidath was a 24th century Jibetian man, a member of the Jibetian High Council during the 2370s.
Biography[]
Described as a middle-aged man with an almost albino complexion and thinning blond hair with deep blue eyes had green dots in the whites. In the year 2371 Jiber contacted Deep Space 9, after word of his government heard that the whereabouts of the Nibix were found by Commander Benjamin Sisko. He wanted to know if Commander Sisko was searching for the Nibix. Though Major Kira Nerys did not answer him on the status of the lost ship, the representative took the fact that Kira had any knowledge at all about the Nibix as an affirmative before ending the message.
