Doctor John Kendricks was a physician and a colleague of Leonard McCoy's at the hospital he worked at in 2264.

Biography[]

Dr. Kendricks delivered the Starfleet pouch to McCoy that contained his orders to report to the USS Enterprise as the new chief medical officer under Captain James T. Kirk. After reading the message, McCoy told Kendricks that he would need to find an immediate replacement at the hospital. (TOS comic: "All Those Years Ago...")
