MAJOR SPOILERS
WARNING! This article contains MAJOR spoilers for the recently released comic Khan, Issue 2. Caution is advised.

John Major (born March 29, 1943) was a British politician who lived during the 20th and 21st centuries. He served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from November 28, 1990 to May 2, 1997.

On September 17, 1992, Major was informed of the apparent death of the American President after the Augment Council's nuclear missile hit Washington, DC. Major watched footage of the destruction taken in Virginia on the BBC television network. (TOS - Khan comic: "Issue 2")

In the comic, Major isn't named, and while the character only appears from behind, it looks like Major.

While in London on November 5, 1992, Roberta Lincoln saw an effigy of Major being burned in commemoration of Guy Fawkes' Night. (TOS novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 2)
