John Sheehan was a MACO soldier during the Earth-Romulan War.
In 2155, Sheehan was spending his first year tour at the MACO garrison on Deneva when it was attacked by Romulans forces. He, as well as seven others, was rescued by the Tellarite vessel Skev. Once Sheehan was stabilized, Gannet Brooks interviewed him about his ordeal and informed him that six of his seven rescued buddies were dead. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
