Jon Joffin was acknowledged as a part of the Starfleet Operations ship commissioning personnel of the Constitution III-class starship USS Titan-A on the ship's dedication plaque. (PIC episode: "The Next Generation")
- This character was not mentioned in dialogue, but was listed on the dedication plaque set piece. The names listed were references to members of the Star Trek: Picard season 3 production staff, and in this case, the character was named for Jon Joffin.
