Jordan was a Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701) in the 2260s.
Biography[]
In 2267, Ensign Jordan was on duty in auxiliary control, when he was attacked and overwhelmed by the android Norman. Norman was then able to alter and lock the Enterprise on course for Mudd. (TOS episode: "I, Mudd").
In 2270, Lieutenant Jordan was second officer of the USS Lexington. (TOS short story: "Where Everybody Knows Your Name")
- It is unclear from the context of the short story whether these two are indeed intended to be the same character, but this biography has been combined for the purpose of this wiki. As second officer of a starship of the line, it is very likely the later rank was full lieutenant, but the ambiguity of that title's use leaves a small chance that lieutenant junior grade was the rank in question.
