Jorge Mattigan was a 23rd century Human man who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Mattigan was born in the mid 2240s as a Federation citizen and gained qualified-level training in agricultural technology. He was naturally skilled in sports and games. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
In the colony, he served as a farmer and general laborer. Among Human colonists, he had one of the highest psi quotients.
In 2283, when he was 38 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Mattigan supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World, although if forced to choose an alliance he was slightly more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
